PURPOSE:
To record the appointment of Jeffery “Mario” Cook to the District 5 Initiative for a Green DeKalb Board.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Commission to reflect appointments made by individual Commissioners to various boards and authorities.

Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record this re - appointment of Dennis Allen as a member of the District 5 Community Council, appointed by the District 5 Commissioner, with a term to begin immediately with the tem ending on December 31, 2020, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
