PURPOSE:
The County utilized Speridian Technologies, LLC to implement its specifically designed Gov CX City 311 application. This vendor is the sole firm capable of providing the annual maintenance and operation support needed for the specifically designed application. This request is to continue the use of this sole source vendor for maintenance and operation support.
