PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC as a result of a consent to assignment. This contract consists of providing on call heating, ventilation and air conditioning service and repairs. This request seeks to increase the scope of work to include refrigeration for the repair and/or replacement of the kitchen walk-in refrigeration and freezer units at Lou Walker Senior Center and authorizes the Department of Human Services to utilize the contract.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Maxair Mechanical, LLC, 814 Livingston Court, Marietta, GA 30067 (formerly Galgon HVAC Mechanical Services, Inc.)
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
