PURPOSE:

To consider accepting proposal for elevator modernization for DeKalb County Courthouse Judicial Tower $180,505.72 from on-call firm of KONE.

NEED/IMPACT:

Modernization of existing elevators for the Judicial Tower at the courthouse. Will provide necessary software and program changes to existing destination dispatch system. Funding provided by DeKalb County SPLOST.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Funding for all elevators (4) provided by DeKalb County SPLOST

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept $180,505.72 proposal for DeKalb County Courthouse Judicial Tower elevator modernization upgrades from DeKalb County SPLOST .
