PURPOSE:
To consider approval of termination of the Standardized Office Space Lease Agreement for 120A with Jason Pace, effective September 30, 2026; and,
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with the current Standardized Office Space Lease Agreement for 120A, Section 10, Cancellation, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience of moving out of state.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is the termination of a revenue generating lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
