PURPOSE:
To adopt an extension of the term of the contract agreement for Media Cause for an additional year to complete services
NEED/IMPACT:
This action merely extends the term of the agreement and does not change any other terms.
FISCAL IMPACT:
District 1 and Media Cause’s obligations under the extension will remain the same as the previous year of the Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To authorize the extension of Media Cause contract agreement and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
