PURPOSE:

To consider approval of a five-year annual agreement with Emory Clinic Inc. to provide medical oversight and guidance while serving as Medical Director for the Medical Priority Dispatch System utilized by the Dekalb County E911 Center.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This agreement will enable the County to utilize the services and resources of The Emory Clinic, Inc. to meet the responsibilities of Dekalb County E911 Medical Director (Dr. Cynthia Romero).

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The agreement will cover a period of 5 years at a total cost of $341,884.51:

2025 - $65,954.69

2026 - $65,954.69

2027 - $67,933.33

2028 - $69,971.33

2029 - $72,070.47
