PURPOSE:
To consider approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement for T-Hangar Space D-12 with Sanford Gerber, effective October 1, 2025; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with the current T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience because he no longer needs Hangar D-12
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is the termination of a revenue generating lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
