PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 24, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $1,936,000.00. On March 27, 2018, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $1,470,900.00. On April 23, 2019, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00. This contract consists of improving the roadways by bringing manholes up to DWM standards through adjustments, reinstallations, or replacements. This change order will permit the contractor the additional time to complete the work under this contract.

Recommended Action
Recommended approval of Change Order No. 1 through August 30, 2020 with:
Metals and Materials Engineers LLC, 2171 West Park Court, Suite 1, Stone Mountain, GA 30087
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
