PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 7, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $2,396,538.00. On April 10, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract terms to December 31, 2019 and increase the total amount not to exceed by $2,400,000.00. On June 11, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $3,400,000.00. On October 8, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $2,900,000.00 and to extend the contract through December 31, 2020. On December 8, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2021. On June 22, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $1,475,000.00 and to extend the contract through December 31, 2021. This request is to add additional funding and extend the contract term though June 30, 2022 in order to continue working on the back log of Stormwater projects Bids for new contracts have been received and are under evaluation.
