PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 11, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $12,752,002.78. On October 10, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the scope of work and funding in an amount not to exceed $22,080,696.05. On December 10, 2024, the BOC approved the 1st Renewal Option. On July 8, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $32,731,969.70, exercise the 2nd Renewal Option, and extend the term through December 31, 2028. On January 27, 2026, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $24,539,152.22. This contract consists of providing on-call services for pipe replacement and repair services on water transmission, distribution mains, service lines, and repair or replacement of sanitary sewers. The work also consists of providing emergency repairs to existing water mains, gravity sewers, and force mains. This request seeks to increase the scope of work and funding to address the emergency repair of a portion of the 36-inch transmission main of the Glendale Waterline Replacement Project.
