PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 19, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $165,000.00. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. On February 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $220,000.00. On August 10, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. This contract consists of providing general contracting work and construction management and administration of a variety of small to medium construction project sites on a construction time and materials basis. This request is to allow DCPL to use SPLOST funding to expeditiously renovate restrooms for the Chamblee, Clarkston, Decatur, Flat Shoals, Gresham, Lithonia-Davidson, Redan-Trotti, and Wesley Chapel-William C. Brown libraries.
