PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 24, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $1,485,000.00. On September 24, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $126,000.00 and to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025. This contract consists of providing data about the relative pollutant, noise emissions, and air quality impacts in the County. The study seeks in-depth research capable of giving the County credible data to make informed decisions about airport operations and development in its community environment. This request seeks to increase the contract's term through June 30, 2026, using remaining funds, for the consideration that additional time may be needed to review and approve the report within the current contract term by the FAA, the EPA and other interested parties.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Harris, Miller, Miller and Hanson (HMMH), Inc., 700 District Avenue, Suite 800, Burlington, MA 01803
CONTRACT TERM INCREASE ONLY
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
