PURPOSE:
Transfer from District 4 2023 Reserve for Appropriation funds (not to exceed) $100,000.00 to Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs to design and construct a Trail/Path from Hairston Park to East Central DeKalb Community and Senior Center in Stone Mountain.
NEED/IMPACT:
Funds will support the design and construction plans for a tail/path between Hairston Park and East Central Community and Senior Center in Stone Mountain.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Transfer from District 4 2023 Reserve for Appropriation funds (not to exceed) $100,000.00 to Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs to setup an RPCA CIP account for a Hairston Park and East Central DeKalb Community and Senior Center Trail/Path project.
