PURPOSE:
Awarded on May 28, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $94,000.00. On April 22, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase contract funds and contract term through December 31, 2025, to print and mail Vote-By-Mail ImageCast ballots for the 2025 election cycles. This contract consists of the purchase of Vote-By-Mail Packages printed by a designated certified manufacturer and finisher of ImageCast ballots for the 2026 Gubernatorial/Midterm election cycle. Provision of these services is essential to the County's VRE operations and fulfills a statutory requirement established by the Georgia Secretary of State.
