PURPOSE:
Consists of providing proprietary software for critical investigative intelligence and crime reporting. The data base combines law enforcement and public records data in a web-based Criminal Justice Information System compliant environment to aid in the use of the current LexisNexis software compatibility.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the sole source for an amount not to exceed $265,456.79 with:
LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Inc., 1000 Alderman Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30005
Amount Not To Exceed: $265,456.79
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
