PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 12, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. The BOC approved Change Order No. 1 on January 24, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. This contract consists of maintaining, providing and servicing automatic centralized control for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and other systems. This request is for additional funds to continue to control and monitor County owned equipment.
