PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract (SWC) for the leasing of postage equipment. The countywide mailroom services utilize these machines to affix postage on County correspondences to be delivered to the U.S. Post Office for processing.  

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval to lease postage equipment from the SWC No. 90791-03 with:

Neopost USA, Inc., 478 Wheeler Farms Road, Milford, CT 06461

Amount Not To Exceed: $103,476.00
