PURPOSE:
On March 27, 2012, the BOC approved the sole source for an amount not to exceed $146,380.33. On February 14, 2014, the BOC approved the sole source for an amount not to exceed $108,097.01. On March 10, 2015, the BOC approved the sole source for an amount not to exceed $90,687.60. On June 14, 2016, the BOC approved the sole source for an amount not to exceed $212,887.93. Consists of software license fees and support services for HP servers used by all County business units for archiving, data storage and education hours. Education hours include training for IT staff to enable them to provide the first level of support for HP products owned by the County. The County have been utilizing this software since FY09 and was previously procured via SWC No. 90813. This software is proprietary and HP is the only source that can provide its education, licensing and support.

Recommend approval of the sole source through June 30, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $245,327.64 with:
