PURPOSE:
To consider the Chief Executive Officer’s nomination of Ms. Rebekah J. Coblentz, CPM to the Board of Directors of the Decide DeKalb Development Authority of DeKalb County, the Private Hospital Authority, and the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority. (See attached Resume)
NEED/IMPACT:
Ms. Coblentz has Commercial Real Estate management expertise and will be an asset to the Board of the Decide DeKalb Development Authority, with the ability to provide guidance and direction to the Authority on economic Development policies and other related matters.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There are no costs to DeKalb County
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to appoint Ms. Rebekah J. Coblentz as a member of the Board of Directors of the Decide DeKalb Development Authority of DeKalb County, the Private Hospital Authority, and the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority and clarify that removal or resignation from the Decide DeKalb Development Authority of DeKalb County is a simultaneous and automatic removal or resignation from the Private Hospital Authority and the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority.
