PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $290,000.00. On December 13, 2016, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $651,550.00. This contract consists of the installation and repair of fences and gates. Due to inclement weather, fallen trees and the overall dilapidated condition of the detention pond fences, the fence and gate removals and replacement services have increased significantly. This request is for additional funding to continue work on decaying pond fences and to ensure services are not interrupted during the 2017-2018 calendar year.
