PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract (SWC) for the purchase of Cisco network equipment for expansion of the County’s Unified Computing System (UCS).
The two existing servers are reaching maximum capacity and two additional servers are needed to ensure the continuation of day to day operations. These systems assist in managing over 300 virtual servers from a single application console and enable quick expansion for capacity with no down time.
