PURPOSE:
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to purchase approximately .5 acre of property at 1585 Line Street 15-183-21-019 and to execute all necessary documents
NEED/IMPACT:
This property is adjacent to the Delano-Line Street Park and will add to the acreage of the park. Total cost to acquire the property, including due diligence, is not to exceed $135,000 to be funded from 2001 Parks Bond Acquisition Fund, District 3 Account No. 100613.80314.541100.05.600011.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the 2017 fiscal budget

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents to acquire the property at 1585 Line Street 15-183-21-019.
