PURPOSE:
Consists of providing improvements to five (5) lift stations located at 1664 Lewis Way, Tucker, GA; 930 Fourth Street, Stone Mountain, GA; 1313 Stone Mill Way, Stone Mountain, GA; 5128 Stone Mill Way, Stone Mountain, GA and 5668 Pennybrook Court, Stone Mountain, GA. This is a Consent Decree project and must be substantially completed by December 18, 2018 and finally completed by January 30, 2019. Three (3) proposals were received.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer: Sol Construction, LLC, 4120 Presidential Parkway, Suite 115, Atlanta, GA 30340 Amount Not To Exceed: $5,705,060.00 and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
