PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 117G in Land Lot 174 of the 15th District for the following street: Sylvester Circle; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed sixty-two cents ($0.62) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy. The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs of the street lights required for the new subdivision.

Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 117G in Land Lot 174 of the 15th District for Sylvester Circle. All abutting property on this street will be assessed sixty-two cents ($0.62) per lighted streetside foot per year. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
