PURPOSE:
To consider accepting $197,500.00 from the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for Drug Court and appropriating it in a new award in the grant fund; and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute any necessary documents.
NEED/IMPACT:
DBHDD is awarding Drug Court $197,500.00 to be used for treatment services. The grant period is from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, and no match is required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for all services provided by Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) in the amount of $197,500.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents. To accept $197,500.00 from DBHDD for Drug Court and appropriate into a new award in the grant fund.
