To recognize the leadership that Susan Neugent provided to help DeKalb County modernize its Animal Services Department and facilities and to name the adoption center of the Animal Services building in her honor.
NEED/IMPACT:
Ms. Neugent provided impactful leadership as a volunteer and helped to build consensus across the County on how Animal Services could be improved.
