PURPOSE:

To realign appointment terms for members of the DeKalb County Watershed Capital Improvements Advisory Group to match the term of the appointing official.

 

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This resolution staggers the terms of appointees to the  DeKalb County Watershed Capital Improvements Advisory Group such that the member’s terms match the term of the appointing official and eliminates term limits.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

There are no costs associated with adoption of this Resolution.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Adopt the Resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
