PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light District 117I in Land Lot 103
of the 18th District for the following street: North Jamestown Road; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed one dollar nineteen cents ($1.19) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light District 117I in Land Lot 103 of the 18th District and have street lights installed on North Jamestown Road; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
