PURPOSE:
Consists of providing broker fees and consultation for all property and casualty insurance coverages and the Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). This includes insurance and consulting services for claims, risk control, loss control, vendor contract review and OCIP. Three (3) proposals were received.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer:
Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc., 3475 Piedmont Road, N.E., Suite 800, Atlanta, GA 30305
Amount Not To Exceed: $890,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
