PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 10, 2002 for the purchase of Oracle Applications, a software system for financial management which included technical support services and licensing for the term of the agreement. Since March 24, 2009, the BOC has approved the annual cost for additional licenses and to renew any license or service expirations for a total amount not to exceed $11,053,804.53. This contract consists of the provision of licensing and support for all Oracle applications. This software is proprietary and Oracle America is the only source with access to the necessary information to provide support and licensing.
