PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC to three (3) contractors on September 25, 2012 for an amount not to exceed $15,000,000.00. On February 25, 2014, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contracts' expiration date to February 25, 2015. On January 27, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contracts' expiration date to February 25, 2016. On July 28, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to reduce the contracts by a total amount of $6,000,000.00 due to the reduction in the scope and cost of the remaining work. On February 25, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to extend the contracts' expiration date to February 25, 2017. On February 28, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to extend the contracts' expiration date to August 31, 2017. On August 8, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 6 to extend the contracts' time and expiration date to December 31, 2017. This request is for an additional 365 days of performance time, extend contracts' expiration date to December 31, 2018 and for additional funding to continue the completion of the assignments critical to sewer GIS updates, capacity assurance and sanitary sewer modeling.
