PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 13, 2015 to three (3) vendors for an amount not to exceed $15,269,670.63. On August 23, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add to the scope of work and additional funding for an amount not to exceed $1,278,992.50. These contracts consist of the implementation of a three tiered sewer condition assessment of the County's Wastewater Collection and Transmission System, excluding force mains and pump stations. This request is for an additional 365 days of performance time and an extension in contract term to allow for the completion of ongoing assessments and emergency work required within the PASARP and OSARP areas in order to avoid and prevent a gap in critical tiered assessments needed in other locations of the Wastewater Collection and Transmission System.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract time by 365 days and the contract term to December 31, 2018 with:
