PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 12, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. On January 24, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. This contract consists of maintaining, providing and servicing automatic centralized control for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and other systems. This request is for additional funds to continue to control and monitor County owned equipment in approximately 150 facilities, which includes routine maintenance, repair and upgrades.
