PURPOSE:

To consider approving an intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Chamblee for joint infrastructure and public works projects.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This intergovernmental agreement is intended to establish the management of certain services and signifies a mutually beneficial, efficient and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no additional cost to the County.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Approve the attached intergovernmental agreement and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
