PURPOSE:

To consider approving the sale of airport property to SS I Chamblee, LLC. 

NEED/IMPACT:

SS I Chamblee, LLC desires to purchase from the County a 20-foot strip, consisting of 0.119 acre (5200 square feet) of undeveloped land located on DeKalb Peachtree Airport and specifically identified as 1971 Bragg Street, Chamblee, Georgia 30341 (Tax Parcel 18 244 04 003) for the appraised value of 25,000.    

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no cost to the County.  Revenue to the County is in the amount of $25,000.

Recommended Action

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents....
