PURPOSE:
Provide all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the Candler Road parking lot at South DeKalb Senior Center pursuant to the drawings and specifications. Four (4) bids were received.

Recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder:

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
