PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 12, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $1,050,169.00. On June 28, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No.1 to increase the contract for an amount not to exceed $527,066.00 and to add additional scope of work. On January 24, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. This contract consists of the providing bidding assistance, project management, project meetings, submittal review, change order management, final inspection and project closeout for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. This request is for additional funding needed for additional scope of work that would allow for additional easement acquisition services, appraisal cost and review updates, title report updates and sub-consultant oversight.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract amount and add additional scope of work with:
Prime Engineering Inc., 3715 Northside Parkway NW, Building 300, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30327
Amount Not To Exceed: $100,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
