PURPOSE:
Maintenance and support of Benchmark Court Case Management software which includes software updates, enhancements, bug fixes and defect support to the County as required. State Court has utilized this software since 2014 to support efficient and effective workflow and business operations in support of all pre-adjudication, adjudication, and post adjudication functions and processes for applicable court cases. Ongoing maintenance and support services of the software are necessary for daily operational needs. The manufacturer is the only source to provide the maintenance and support.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the sole source with:
Pioneer Technology Group, LLC, 1100 Central Park Dr., Ste. 100, Sanford, FL 32711
Amount Not To Exceed: $735,350.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
