PURPOSE:
The emergency repair of a sink hole located under the taxiway at the airport to include unforeseen needed repairs once the hole was opened up. The manhole, a portion of the taxiway and an electrical line needed to be repaired as well. This presents an immediate threat to the airfield personnel and all aircrafts. County services were impacted. Three (3) quotes were obtained.

Amount Not To Exceed: $250,600.00
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Funding: Emergency Runway/Taxiway Repair (Airport)
2. Justification: Per the Purchasing Policy, this is an immediate threat to the
public and employees’ health. This also caused a loss of essential county governmental services.
