PURPOSE:

To consider approving an intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Stonecrest for emergency 911 communication services.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

This intergovernmental agreement is intended to establish the management of certain services and signifies a mutually beneficial, efficient and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The City of Stonecrest shall remain in the Special Services Tax District during the term of this intergovernmental agreement.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve this intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Stonecrest for emergency 911 communications services, and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
