PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on August 12, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00. This contract consists of the provision of vendor support, training in the installation and maintenance of equipment, and flow monitoring equipment and parts to facilitate the existing hydraulic modeling and sewer flow monitoring programs. This request is to add additional funds to allow for the purchase of additional monitoring equipment and parts to aid in the continued data collection needed for the existing hydraulic monitoring and sewer flow monitoring programs related to Consent Decree requirements.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract amount with:

 

Teledyne Instruments, Inc., dba Teledyne ISCO, 4700 Superior Street, Lincoln, NE 68504-1398.

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $850,000.00
