PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 13, 2011 for an amount not to exceed 3% of gross revenue. This revenue generating contract consists of the management, operation and maintenance of Mystery Valley Golf Club and Sugar Creek Golf Club and the Tennis Center. This request is to remove the Sugar Creek Golf & Tennis Club in its entirety and any reference thereof from this Agreement and Attachments incorporated therein; also, to exercise the 1st renewal option.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Cornerstone Golf Partners, Inc., P.O. Box 6989, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
