PURPOSE:
To consider approving an expenditure of the 2001 parks bond proceeds in the amount of $353,400 and the related intergovernmental agreement with the City of Brookhaven for the City’s acquisition of 1664 Remington Road for park and greenspace use.
NEED/IMPACT:
This park bond expenditure and intergovernmental agreement is for the City’s purchase and preservation of park and greenspace property for the mutual benefit of County and City residents
FISCAL IMPACT:
Expenditure of the 2001 parks bond proceeds in the amount of $353,400.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Approve this expenditure and intergovernmental agreement, and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
