PURPOSE:
To consider approving an intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Dunwoody for fire and rescue services.
NEED/IMPACT:
The intergovernmental agreement is intended to establish the management of certain fire and rescue services and signifies a mutually beneficial, efficient and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no additional costs to the County.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Adopt the attached intergovernmental agreement and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents.
