PURPOSE:

To consider accepting supplemental funding in the amount of $9,430 from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) for Mental Health Court treatment services and appropriating it in an existing award

 

NEED/IMPACT:

CJCC is awarding Mental Health Court is providing supplemental funds in the amount of  $9,430 to be used for treatment services.  The grant period is from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, and no match is required.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Supplemental Funds in the amount of $9,430 must be spent by June 30th 2018, end of State FY 18. Funding provided by the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To accept $9,430 from CJCC for Mental Health Court and appropriate into an existing award in the grant fun; To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
