PURPOSE:

To consider accepting supplemental funding in the amount of $15,000 from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) for Drug Court treatment services (housing, and medication) and appropriating it in an existing award

 

NEED/IMPACT:

CJCC is awarding Drug Court is providing supplemental funds in the amount of $15,000 to be used for treatment services (housing & medication).  The gran period is from July 1, 2017 through  June 30, 2018 and no match is required

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Total supplemental funding, $15,000, must be spend by June 30th 2018, end of State FY 18. Funding is provided by Criminal Justice Coordinating Council

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To accept $15,000 from CJCC for Drug Court and appropriate into an existing award in the grant fund and to approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
