PURPOSE:
To consider approving an intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Stonecrest for election services.
NEED/IMPACT:
This intergovernmental agreement is intended to establish the management of certain services and signifies a mutually beneficial, efficient and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost of election services will be billed to the City based on the proposed intergovernmental agreement.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Approve the attached intergovernmental agreement and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
