PURPOSE:
To initiate the upgrade of technology of the existing Fuelmaster and Veeder Root Systems, which are the operating systems that manage the fuel for all county vehicles. The current system is over 20 years old and the technology is being phased out. Fuelmaster was installed back in 1998 at the inception of the county fuel sites and this is a proprietary fuel operating system. Syntech Systems, Inc. is the sole source for Fuelmaster Software and Hardware and holds the copyrights to the Fuelmaster code and patents on the hardware.
