PURPOSE:
Consists of expanding the GCCS in Phase 3 by installing and connecting twenty-two (22) gas
extraction wells to the existing header line, isolating the perimeter control system, and installing the blower/flare for collecting and venting/destructing gas collected from the GCCS. Three (3) bids were received.
